INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 160g salted silver salmon, cut into pieces
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
- 🥦 125g broccoli, cut into small florets
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 100cc milk
Condiments
- 180g canned cream corn
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Remove bones from the salted silver salmon and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion thinly and divide the broccoli into small florets. Steam the broccoli with 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container for 90 seconds at 600W. Drain and let cool.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add water and the salmon, stir gently, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Add the cream corn, milk, salt, pepper, and broccoli. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Gradually add the cornstarch slurry while stirring until the sauce thickens. Cook for an additional 30 seconds.
