Seasoning

Sauce
- 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
PASSI
Season the pork belly with salt and pepper.
Mix tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, water, corn syrup, and minced garlic to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and cook the pork belly until golden brown on both sides. Remove excess oil.
