INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 2 fillets of sanma
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/4 stalk of negi
- 1/2 yellow paprika
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 140 ml water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
PASSI
Cut the sanma into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Pat dry and coat with potato starch.
Cut the onion and yellow paprika into 3 cm squares. Slice the negi diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 1 cm depth. Fry the sanma and vegetables until golden brown.
Discard the oil, wipe the pan with a paper towel, and add the sweet and sour sauce ingredients. Heat over medium while stirring.
Once the sauce thickens, return the fried sanma and vegetables to the pan and coat evenly.
