- 🐟 220g filleted sanma (2 fish)
- 4 shiso leaves
- 2 umeboshi (pickled plums)
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying

- 70g mizuna greens

Prepare the sanma by filleting and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
