INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 1.5 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Garnish
- White sesame seeds, as needed
PASSI
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized diagonal pieces. Mix the chicken with the marinade ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
Place the chicken and potato starch into a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C in a frying pan, about 1 cm deep. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, flipping occasionally for about 5 minutes.
In a separate pan, mix the sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the fried chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the chicken and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
