INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 6 pieces satoimo (taro)
- 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1 onion
Meat
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- As needed salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASSI
Peel the satoimo and cut them into halves.
Add 1.5 tbsp salt to water, rub the satoimo to remove slime, and rinse thoroughly 2-3 times.
Place satoimo in a microwave-safe bowl, add water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Cut king oyster mushrooms into 2cm pieces.
Cut the onion into halves horizontally and chop into rough thirds vertically.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add chicken and mushrooms, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add onion and satoimo, stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
