INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 5 sausages
Vegetable
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
PASSI
Cut the sausages diagonally into halves.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Place the potato wedges in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and fry until the surface is crispy. Add the sausages and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning mix (soy sauce, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper) and stir to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
