INGREDIENTI

- 🌭 6 sausages
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 turnips
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150 ml water
PASSI
Cut the sausages diagonally into halves.
Trim turnip stems to 2 cm, peel, and cut into 6 wedges. Cut the leaves into 3 cm lengths.
Add all seasoning ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Add sausages and turnips, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until turnips are tender.
Add turnip leaves and simmer briefly.
