INGREDIENTI

- 🦑 200g baby squid
Vegetables
- 🍅 200g cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Clean the baby squid by gently pulling out the tentacles and internal organs. Remove the cartilage inside the body. Cut off the tentacles below the eyes and remove the beak. Rinse quickly under water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Slice the garlic thinly and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the baby squid and cherry tomatoes, then sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir until evenly combined.
