INGREDIENTI
Egg
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
Meat
- 4 slices bacon
Vegetable
- 300g green peas (shelled)
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Liquid
- 50ml water
PASSI
Shell the green peas from their pods.
Cut the bacon into 1cm-wide strips.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the bacon until crispy.
Add the green peas and stir until coated with oil. Then add water and salt, mix well, and cover the pan. Steam on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Plate the sautéed peas and bacon, and top with onsen eggs.
