INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 3 turnips with leaves
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Cut turnips into 6 wedges, leaving 1cm of stem. Chop stems and leaves into 3cm pieces.
Mince garlic and anchovies finely.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add turnips and sauté until browned, then add anchovies and mix well.
Add turnip leaves and chili slices, sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
