INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🐖 300g minced pork
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
Binders
- 2 tbsp tempura flour
- 🍞 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 150ml cooking oil
PASSI
Prepare the minced pork.
Marinate the pork with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and minced garlic for 30 minutes.
Chop the onion finely.
Chop the green onion finely.
Chop the chili pepper finely.
Mix the marinated pork with all the chopped vegetables.
Add eggs, breadcrumbs, tempura flour, and sesame oil to the mixture and mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the mixture on high heat until golden brown.
