INGREDIENTI

- 🧅 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
Seafood
- 🦪 5 scallops (sashimi-grade)
Bread
- 🍞 6 slices baguette
Marinade
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSI
Dice the red onion, yellow bell pepper, and scallops into 5mm cubes. Optionally, remove the white part of the scallops.
Combine the marinade ingredients (lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil) in a bowl.
Add the diced red onion, yellow bell pepper, and scallops to the marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
