- 1 bag of bean sprouts

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 🍋 1/8 lemon, squeezed
PASSI
Thinly slice the green onion diagonally and chop the green parts finely.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry scallops, green onion, and bean sprouts over high heat for 3 minutes.
Add sake and stir quickly, then season with salt and black pepper. Serve on a plate, garnish with lemon and chopped green onion.
