INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 3-4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASSI
Trim the tough stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half or quarters. Slice the garlic clove in half, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry with a paper towel. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp, octopus, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
