INGREDIENTI

- 1 bag of seri
Seafood
- 🦐 100g seafood mix
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Flour
- 🌾 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Defrost the seafood mix in salted water and pat dry. Cut seri into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with water. Add flour, potato starch, and salt, then mix. Add seri and seafood mix to create the batter.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the batter and spread evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Flip, add the remaining sesame oil, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Mix the sauce ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, serve on a plate, and accompany with the sauce.
