INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken neck meat
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
PASSI
Cut the potatoes in half, then slice them into 7mm thick pieces. Soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W.
Cut the chicken neck meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and potatoes, cook until browned, then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the sauce ingredients (grain mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt) and stir to coat evenly. Sprinkle black pepper.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
