INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 300g chicken neck meat
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🥬 Shredded lettuce, as needed
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSI
Mince the green onion finely.
Cut the chicken neck meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion with all the sauce ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Serve the chicken on a bed of shredded lettuce and drizzle the prepared sauce over it.
