INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm-wide strips, then cut those strips into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat on low until fragrant. Add bacon, octopus, and shimeji mushrooms, then simmer on medium heat for 3–5 minutes.
