INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Seafood
- 20g boiled shirasu
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Spices & Oils
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Remove the strings from the celery and slice it thinly at an angle. Mince the garlic.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water.
Heat olive oil, chili, and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add celery and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat. Add the reserved pasta water and mix well.
Add boiled shirasu, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and stir to combine.
