INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🧅 100g thinly sliced onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Cut mizuna into 3cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Crack the egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.
Add shirasu and mizuna to the pan and stir briefly, then push them to the side.
Pour the beaten egg into the empty space in the pan and stir gently to create scrambled eggs.
Add sake, salt, and pepper, then stir everything together briefly.
