INGREDIENTI

- 60g shishito peppers
Seafood
- 3 small satsuma-age
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of chili powder
PASSI
Trim the ends of the shishito peppers and make a vertical cut on each.
Slice the satsuma-age into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shishito peppers and satsuma-age, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, chili powder) and stir quickly to combine.
