- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 16 shishito peppers
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
PASSI
Trim the ends of the shishito peppers and make a small slit lengthwise using a knife.
Heat the tuna (including its oil) in a frying pan over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Add the shishito peppers and stir-fry until the oil coats them evenly.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, curry powder) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
