INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g shredded cabbage
Oils
- 1 tsp olive oil
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASSI
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the ground meat until browned.
Add the shredded cabbage and sauté until softened. Stir in butter until melted, then add flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Reduce heat to low, pour in milk, and stir. Add salt, pepper, and consomme powder, cooking for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and sprinkle pizza cheese and grated cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for 6–7 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
