INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 cabbage leaves (120g)
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
PASSI
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Wash peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 1 minute less than package instructions, then drain.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add cabbage and sauté until softened. Add shrimp and cook until color changes.
Add flour to the pan and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
