INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦐 20-25 cocktail shrimp, thawed
- 2 tbsp flying fish roe
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini, chopped
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
Staples
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- To taste sesame seeds
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
PASSI
Thaw cocktail shrimp and flying fish roe at room temperature for 1 hour. Remove shrimp tails for easier eating.
Chop zucchini, mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables with 2 pinches of salt until the onion becomes translucent.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry well. Season with oyster sauce and mix thoroughly.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through. Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Finally, add flying fish roe and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
