INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g green cabbage, chopped
- 🌱 50g frozen green peas
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Cut the green cabbage into 3cm squares after removing the core.
Clean the shrimp by removing the vein with a skewer, rinse with water, and pat dry.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp over medium heat until the color changes.
Add green cabbage and green peas to the pan, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the seasoning mix and stir.
Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
