INGREDIENTI
Dumpling Wrappers
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Seafood
- 🦐 80g peeled shrimp
Fish Cake
- 50g hanpen (fish cake)
Cheese
- 🧀 30g baby cheese (2 pieces)
Herbs
- 🌿 3 basil leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 50cc water
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
PASSI
Roughly chop the shrimp.
Finely chop the basil leaves and cut the baby cheese into 6 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mash the hanpen (fish cake) with your hands, then mix in the shrimp, basil, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place 1/12 of the mixture and one piece of baby cheese onto a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold, pleating the edges to seal. Repeat to make 12 dumplings.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange the dumplings in the pan.
Once the dumplings are browned, add water, cover with a lid, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on high heat until the water evaporates.
