INGREDIENTI

- 🦐 50g peeled shrimp
- 🦪 2 scallops
Vegetables
- 8 cooked ginkgo nuts
Chicken Mixture
- 300g ground chicken
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Topping
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Chop the peeled shrimp and scallops roughly.
Mix the chicken mixture ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly on a foil-lined baking tray. Sprinkle sesame seeds and press shrimp, scallops, and ginkgo nuts into the surface.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Let cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
