INGREDIENTI
Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (about 150g) warm rice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🍤 6–7 boiled shrimp (shelled)
Toppings
- 🥑 1/2 firm avocado
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Soy sauce as needed
PASSI
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt into the warm rice to create sushi rice.
Chop the boiled shrimp into small pieces and mix them into the sushi rice.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and spread the sushi rice mixture evenly.
Slice the avocado thinly and arrange it on top of the sushi rice.
Drizzle mayonnaise and soy sauce over the avocado layer.
Roll the sushi tightly using the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
