INGREDIENTI
Shrimp
- 🍤 300g peeled shrimp
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- cornstarch as needed
- vegetable oil as needed
Mayo Yogurt Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Mix all ingredients for the Mayo Yogurt Sauce in a bowl.
Prepare the shrimp by cutting along the back to remove the vein, washing, and patting dry with paper towels. Marinate with sake and salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Coat the shrimp lightly with cornstarch and fry for about 3 minutes.
Toss the fried shrimp with the Mayo Yogurt Sauce.
