INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 200g silken konjac noodles
- 100g mixed salad vegetables
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- 1 tbsp vinegar for boiling
PASSI
Mix the seasoning ingredients into a sauce. Prepare ahead for better flavor.
Prepare salad vegetables by washing and chopping them as desired.
Rinse the silken konjac noodles under running water.
Boil water in a pot and add 1 tbsp vinegar. Blanch the konjac noodles for 20 seconds.
Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the prepared sauce over them.
Add the salad vegetables generously to the bowl.
Mix everything lightly with gloved hands or utensils.
Serve the silken konjac bibim noodles immediately.
