INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 250g nagaimo
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 💧 150cc water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Cut the nagaimo into halves lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the chicken until its color changes.
Add nagaimo and the seasonings (water, dashi powder, sugar, soy sauce) to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
