INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 450g daikon, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Seasonings
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Chili oil, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 150ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut daikon into 2cm pieces and quarter them. Mince the green onion.
Place daikon in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat sesame oil in the pot. Add ground pork, minced green onion, and grated ginger. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork is cooked.
Add daikon and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix potato starch and water to create a slurry. Add to the pot to thicken the sauce. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with chili oil.
