- 250g daikon radish
- A pinch of chopped green onion
PASSI
Cut the daikon radish into half lengthwise, then into thirds radially, and slice into 7mm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until softened. Drain excess water.
Add the canned miso mackerel, including the liquid, and mix gently. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
