INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head Chinese cabbage
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them by hand.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add the Chinese cabbage and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (☆), bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly to allow the flavors to meld.
