- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin

- 1 pinch dashi powder

- 💧 100 ml water

Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, dashi powder, and water in a deep microwave-safe container.
Add the pumpkin pieces to the container, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Remove the container, stir to flip the pumpkin pieces, and microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes.
