Condiments
- 2 umeboshi plums
- 1 piece of ginger, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200 ml water

Remove the pits from umeboshi and slice the ginger thinly.
