Main Ingredients
- 3 pieces fried tofu
- 🧅 6 stalks green onion
Konjac Meat Mixture
- 100g konjac noodles
- 120g ground chicken
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
PASSI
Chop the konjac noodles into small pieces. Boil water in a pot, add the konjac noodles, cook briefly, and drain well.
Mince the carrot and green onion.
Combine the konjac, ground chicken, minced vegetables, salt, pepper, and potato starch in a bowl. Mix well and divide into 6 portions.
Wipe excess oil from the fried tofu with a paper towel. Cut each tofu piece in half and open them to create pockets. Stuff each pocket with the meat mixture and seal with a green onion stalk.
In a pot, combine sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Heat until boiling, then add the stuffed tofu pockets. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes.
