- 🦑 60g frozen squid rings
- 80g frozen taro
Broth
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Rinse the frozen squid rings under running water.
In a small pot, combine the broth ingredients (soy sauce and water), squid, and taro. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the squid.
Cover the pot with a drop lid and simmer the taro for 5 minutes. Return the squid to the pot and gently mix.
