INGREDIENTI
Essential Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 2 leaves cabbage
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 20g chives
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 10 perilla leaves
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
Vegetable Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tbsp mustard
- Pinch of sesame oil
PASSI
Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper.
Coat one side of the beef brisket with glutinous rice flour.
Place a perilla leaf and enoki mushrooms on the beef and roll tightly.
Slice cabbage and carrots thinly, and cut chives into 4-5cm pieces.
Season the cabbage, carrots, chives, and bean sprouts with vegetable seasoning.
Layer the seasoned vegetables in a steamer and place the beef rolls on top.
Cover the steamer and steam on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve with the prepared sauce.
