INGREDIENTI
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 250g thinly sliced pork
Vegetable
- 100g enoki mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100cc water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp water
Binder
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms and slice them into 2cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir in the potato starch slurry and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
Place 1/6 of the filling on a spring roll wrapper and roll it tightly. Seal the edge with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all 6 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and pan-fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
