INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Noodles
- 1 pack (200g) shirataki noodles
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers (90g), sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
PASSI
Cut the green peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into 5mm strips. Thinly slice the carrot lengthwise, then julienne.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the shirataki noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to remove excess moisture, then push them to one side of the pan.
Add sesame oil and pork to the empty side of the pan. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the julienned carrot and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the green peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake and yakiniku sauce to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
