INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/3 bell pepper
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
PASSI
Cut the fish cake, onion, bell pepper, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a frying pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Blanch the fish cake for 15 seconds.
Drain the water, leaving 2-3 tablespoons in the pan. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp cooking oil, then stir-fry the fish cake.
Add minced garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for about 10 seconds.
Add soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry until the onion becomes slightly translucent.
Add the green onion and stir-fry briefly.
Finish by adding corn syrup and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
