INGREDIENTI
Grain
- 🍚 2 cups rice
Fish
- 🐟 160g sea bream fillet
Vegetable
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 💧 360ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Rinse the rice in a bowl with water until clean, then drain well.
Add the rinsed rice and all seasoning ingredients (water, sake, mirin, dashi powder, salt) into the rice cooker. Flatten the rice evenly and place the sea bream fillet on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, remove the sea bream fillet, debone, and flake the fish. Mix the flaked fish back into the rice and serve topped with chopped green onion.
