INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken breast
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
- 1/2 piece ginger
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Flatten the thick part of the chicken breast using a fist to make it even. Place the chicken in a bag with sake, sugar, salt, and pepper, and massage well. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the green onion and ginger.
Mix the chopped green onion, ginger, and sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Coat the chicken with potato starch and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess oil and let it rest for 3 minutes.
Serve the chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
