INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 pack smoked duck
- 🎃 1 whole pumpkin
- 🧄 7-8 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/3 onion, diced
- 🌱 3 asparagus spears
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🌰 Sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, cut off the top to create a lid, and scoop out the insides with a spoon.
Dice the onion and prepare the asparagus. Garlic cloves can be added whole for flavor.
Cook half a pack of smoked duck in a pan until it releases oil.
Add diced vegetables to the pan with the duck and stir-fry together.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fried mixture.
Fill the hollowed pumpkin with the cooked duck and vegetables.
Wrap the pumpkin with plastic wrap, poke small holes for steam, and microwave for 5 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin lid open and arrange the contents neatly for serving.
