INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of cod
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🌱 10 snap peas
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 Sufficient amount of pizza cheese
- Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
Tartare Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Pat the cod dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Remove the strings from the snap peas and cut them diagonally in half.
In a bowl, mash the boiled egg with a fork and mix with the remaining tartare sauce ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the cod over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Arrange the cod and snap peas in a heatproof dish and top with the tartare sauce.
Sprinkle pizza cheese and breadcrumbs on top, then bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.
