INGREDIENTI

- 🥬 5 leaves lettuce
- 5 leaves chicory
- 1/4 bell pepper

- 180g soft tofu
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pickled sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract

PASSI
Wash lettuce and chicory thoroughly in vinegar water.
