- 1 block soft tofu
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
PASSI
Remove the packaging from the soft tofu and place it on a plate. Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes until warm.
Prepare the soy sauce seasoning by mixing soy sauce, sugar, red pepper powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Slice the tofu into bite-sized pieces and drizzle the prepared seasoning over the slices.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
